Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Lamar Silver Foxes (Lamar, SC) and the host Branchville Yellow Jackets (Branchville, SC), witnessed Lamar's softball squad prevail over Branchville by a count of 10-0.

The Silver Foxes now sport a 19-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lake View for a non-league match on Friday, May 13. Lamar will face a Wild Gators squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC). The Wild Gators record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Branchville moves to 16-8 on the season.
