Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), 8-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mingus upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Marauders host Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ) to battle the Wolves in a non-league test on Monday, May 3. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 7-8.

With the defeat, Cactus falls to 1-15 on the season. The Cobras travel to American Leadership Academy (Queen Creek, AZ) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, April 29. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 5-10. American Leadership Academy lost 17-3 in their recent non-league test against Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ)
