The Upper Merion Area Vikings basketball team (King of Prussia, PA), was toppled 44-35 in Friday's league battle with the host Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA)

The Bears now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bayard Rustin for a non-league battle on Sunday, January 14.

The Vikings (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA). The Aces come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Lower Merion beat Penncrest (Media, PA), 55-50, in a league battle.
