The Benjamin Davis Falcons football squad scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Nimitz Cougars to 14 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aldine for a 6A Region II District 16 battle on Friday, October 5. Benjamin Davis will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 42-20 league loss to Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Spring Lions (Spring, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 battle, on Thursday, October 4. Nimitz will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 41-14 league loss to Westfield (Houston, TX).
