Connecticut High School Basketball - Bacon Academy edges RHAM
February 2, 2019: Hebron, CT 06248 The Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT) basketball nipped the host RHAM Sachems (Hebron, CT), 52-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bobcats (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Redmen go into the Eastern Connecticut - 2 test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, Killingly was tipped by Plainfield (Central Village, CT), 34-20, in a non-league test.
The Sachems now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Southington for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 5. RHAM will encounter a Blue Knights squad coming off a 53-49 non-league loss to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT). The Blue Knights record now stands at 6-12.
