Virginia High School Basketball - Friendship Collegiate Academy succumbs to Alexandria City

January 25, 2025: Alexandria, VA 22302

The Alexandria City Titans defeated the visiting Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights basketball squad by a final score of 63-52 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Titans clash with the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a District 4 outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Alexandria City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a 14-2 record after their 54-46 league win over Robinson (Fairfax, VA).

The Knights (4-13) will now prepare for their outing against KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC). The Panthers come into the PCSAA AA outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, KIPP College Prep was defeated by Parkside (Washington, DC), 70-62, in a league outing.
