The St. Joseph's Catholic Academy Wolves basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Elmer L. Meyers Mohawks to 50 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wolves now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendale for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 2.

The Mohawks (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pittston (Pittston, PA). The Patriots enter the Wyoming Valley 1 contest with a 4-3 record.
