The Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball nipped the host Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Sabercats encounter the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) in a 4A Desert Sky contest, on Friday, March 22. Saguaro will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Sentinels come into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ).

The Wolves now sport a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Mountain Pointe for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 20. Desert Mountain will encounter a Pride squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Pride record now stands at 10-3.
