Massachusetts High School Basketball - Shawsheen Valley Tech overwhelms Greater Lowell Tech
January 22, 2019: Billerica, MA 01821 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) and the visiting Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA), saw Shawsheen Valley Tech's basketball squad wallop Greater Lowell Tech by a tally of 59-34.
With the victory, Shawsheen Valley Tech improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Academy of Notre Dame (Tyngsborough, MA) to confront the Lancers in a Commonwealth - Upper challenge on Thursday, January 24. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Academy of Notre Dame won 37-29 in their recent league challenge against Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA)
Next up, the Gryphons confront the Montachusett RVT Bulldogs (Fitchburg, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 11. Greater Lowell Tech will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record.
