Texas High School Baseball - Calvary Baptist Academy loses to Lufkin
April 9, 2011: Lufkin, TX 75901 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Lufkin Panthers baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers.
The Panthers (15-7) will now prepare for their game against College Park (The Woodlands, TX). The Cavaliers go into the 5A Region II District 14 game with a 4-6 record.
The Cavaliers (13-8) will now prepare for their game against Homer (Homer, LA). The Pelicans go into the 2A District 1 match with a 6-8 record. In their last match, Homer was overwhelmed by North Caddo (Vivian, LA), 5-0, in a league match.
