Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY) and the visiting Daniel Lions (Central, SC), saw Nichols's basketball squad knock off Daniel by a score of 79-66.

With the victory, Nichols improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Gaels in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 29. The Gaels come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Bishop Gorman won 79-61 in their recent non-league challenge against O'Connell (Arlington, VA)

Next up, the Lions battle the Easley Green Wave (Easley, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 5. Daniel will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Green Wave come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 62-55 non-league win over Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
