Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA), 9-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Serra Catholic upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA) to battle the Rebels in a non-league test on Monday, June 10. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 21-2. Seton LaSalle won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Laurel (New Castle, PA)

With the defeat, Neshannock falls to 19-4 on the season.
