The Rivera Raiders tipped the visiting Los Fresnos Falcons basketball team by a final score of 50-46 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Hanna Golden Eagles (Brownsville, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 32 game, on Tuesday, January 4. Rivera will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a 11-9 record after their 62-23 league win over Donna North (Donna, TX).
