Maryland High School Soccer - Westminster knocks off South Hagerstown
October 23, 2024: Westminster, MD 21157 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD) and the visiting South Hagerstown Rebels (Hagerstown, MD), saw Westminster's soccer squad triumph over South Hagerstown by a count of 9-0.
The Owls (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Manchester Valley (Manchester, MD). The Mavericks enter the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Manchester Valley notched a victory over Tuscarora (Frederick, MD), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Rebels battle the North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD) in a MVAL - Antietam battle, on Wednesday, October 30. South Hagerstown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Hubs enter the battle with a 8-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Linganore (Frederick, MD).
