The Lexington Senior Yellowjackets football team (Lexington, NC), was ripped 52-8 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Grizzlies (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Spartans come into the Central Carolina 2A challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Davidson was ripped by Thomasville (Thomasville, NC), 32-27, in a league challenge.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury for a Central Carolina 2A challenge on Friday, September 27. Lexington Senior will meet a Hornets team coming off a 14-11 league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 4-0.
