Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors (Hammond, IN), 76-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Hanover Central upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Hammond Clark (Whiting, IN) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Hammond Clark lost 82-56 in their recent non-league bout against Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN)

Next up, the Warriors play the Illiana Christian Vikings (Dyer, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 13. Hammond Bishop Noll will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 64-54 non-league win over Covenant Christian (DeMotte, IN).
