Arizona High School Basketball - River Valley can't hold off Laughlin

The Laughlin Cougars basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host River Valley Dust Devils to 36 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mohave Accelerated for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. Laughlin will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 67-51 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Panaca, NV). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.

Next up, the Dust Devils clash with the Kingman Bulldogs (Kingman, AZ) in a 3A West bout, on Tuesday, January 3. River Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 43-33 non-league loss to Kingman Academy (Kingman, AZ).
