The Alcorn Central Bears topped the visiting Biggersville Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Bears now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corinth for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 4. Alcorn Central will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Middleton (Middleton, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 8-1.
