The Skyline Coyotes baseball team (Mesa, AZ), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ)

The Mountain Lions now hold a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesa for a 6A East Valley outing on Tuesday, April 16. Red Mountain will confront a Jackrabbits team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 6-17.

Next, the Coyotes confront the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) in a 6A East Valley outing, on Thursday, April 11. Skyline will attempt to advance on its 12-9 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 17-7 record after their 13-3 league win over Mountain View (Mesa, AZ).
