The Southern Guilford Storm football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Southwestern Randolph Cougars to 21 in the Storm league win on Friday.

The Storm now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Asheboro for a Mid-Piedmont 3A battle on Friday, October 18. Southern Guilford will play a Blue Comets squad coming off a 55-28 league loss to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Blue Comets record now stands at 1-6.
