Missouri High School Baseball - Brashear holds off Linn County
March 26, 2019: Brashear, MO 63533 Brashear Tigers (Brashear, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Linn County Mustangs (Purdin, MO), 9-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Brashear upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers host La Plata (La Plata, MO) to battle the Bulldogs in a Class 1 District 13 test on Wednesday, March 27. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-0. La Plata won 20-1 in their recent non-league test against South Shelby (Shelbina, MO)
With the defeat, Linn County falls to 0-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Marceline (Marceline, MO) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, March 28. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Marceline won 15-4 in their recent non-league test against Salisbury (Salisbury, MO)
