Memorial Day Matadors (Savannah, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host First Presbyterian Christian Academy Highlanders (Hinesville, GA), 66-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Memorial Day upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Matadors travel to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, February 8. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 17-9. St. Andrew's won 51-38 in their recent non-league bout against Toombs Christian Academy (Lyons, GA)
