Louisiana High School Soccer - Pope John Paul II overwhelmed by Mandeville
January 20, 2018: Slidell, LA 70461 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mandeville Skippers soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Pope John Paul II Jaguars.
The Skippers (16-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. Scholastica (Covington, LA). The Doves come into the Division I District 4 battle with a 14-1 record. In their last battle, St. Scholastica thwarted Byrd (Shreveport, LA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
The Jaguars (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Northlake Christian (Covington, LA). The Wolverines come into the Division IV District 5 battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Northlake Christian was overwhelmed by Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
