February 21, 2024: Covington, GA 30014

Newton Rams (Covington, GA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA), 74-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Newton upgrades its record to 20-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to McEachern (Powder Springs, GA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 23-5. McEachern won 105-72 in their recent non-league bout against Westlake (Atlanta, GA)
