California High School Basketball - St. Paul fells Serra

St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 64-50 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Paul upgrades its record to 18-4 on the season. The Swordsmen host Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA) to play the Knights in a Del Rey bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-3. Bishop Montgomery won 90-49 in their recent league bout against Serra (Gardena, CA)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey bout, on Sunday, January 30. Serra will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 79-40 league win over Serra (Gardena, CA).
