Washington High School Basketball - Lewiston can't hold off Wenatchee
January 9, 2018: Wenatchee, WA 98801 The Wenatchee Panthers basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Lewiston Bengals to 50 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moses Lake for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 contest on Friday, January 12. Wenatchee will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 77-63 league win over West Valley (Yakima, WA). The Chiefs record now stands at 8-4.
The Bengals (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Post Falls (Post Falls, ID). The Trojans come into the 5A Inland Empire contest with a 8-6 record.
