December 28, 2018: Chesaning, MI 48616 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Chesaning Indians (Chesaning, MI) and the visiting Bendle Tigers (Burton, MI), saw Chesaning's basketball squad hold off Bendle by a count of 61-60.
With the victory, Chesaning upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Ithaca (Ithaca, MI) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league battle on Friday, January 4. The Yellowjackets come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Ithaca lost 57-47 in their recent non-league battle against Fulton (Middleton, MI)
The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Chargers come into the Saginaw Valley - South battle with a 3-4 record.
