Alaska High School Basketball - Bristol Bay bests Akiuk Memorial
March 14, 2025: Kasigluk, AK 99609 The Bristol Bay Angels basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Akiuk Memorial Grizzlies to 27 in the Angels non-league triumph on Friday.
The Angels now possess a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Shishmaref for a non-league game on Saturday, March 15. Bristol Bay will confront a Northern Lights team coming off a 51-42 non-league loss to Newhalen (Newhalen, AK). The Northern Lights record now stands at 12-12.
With the loss, Akiuk Memorial falls to 23-8 on the campaign.
