Texas High School Football - Franklin felled by Midland

September 18, 2015: El Paso, TX 79912

In Friday's non-league game, the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) football team were victorious over the host Franklin Cougars (El Paso, TX), by a score of 38-21.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Amarillo (Amarillo, TX). The Sandies go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Amarillo overcame Odessa (Odessa, TX), 31-21, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Franklin moves to 1-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Montwood (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Rams in a 6A Region I District 1 outing on Friday, September 25. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 2-1.
