In Friday's non-league contest, the host Maggie Walker basketball team scored a good 59-51 win over the Armstrong Wildcats.

The (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA). The Colonials come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Colonial Heights was topped by Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA), 61-27, in a league contest.
