In Friday's non-league game, the host Empire Ravens baseball team scored a nice 20-2 victory over the San Miguel Vipers.

The Ravens now hold a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 17.

Next, the Vipers confront the Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ) in a 3A South outing, on Monday, April 15. San Miguel will attempt to advance on its 1-16 season record. The Sabercats go into the outing with a 6-16 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to San Tan Charter (Gilbert, AZ).
