Arizona High School Basketball - Mingus crushes Central

November 20, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85012

Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ), 60-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mingus upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Wolves come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Desert Mountain won 33-32 in their recent non-league bout against South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Browne Bruins (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 22. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bruins come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 45-30 non-league loss to Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ).
