Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Copper Canyon Aztecs (Glendale, AZ), 42-12 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mingus improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Marauders host Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ) to battle the Skyhawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Deer Valley won 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ)
