Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Derry nips Richland

Derry Trojans (Derry, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Derry upgrades its record to 3-10 on the season. The Trojans travel to Homer-Center (Homer City, PA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, April 28. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-0. Homer-Center won 15-0 in their recent league test against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA)

With the defeat, Richland falls to 5-4 on the season. The Rams travel to Marion Center (Marion Center, PA) to battle the Stingers in a non-league test on Friday, April 27. The Stingers come into the test with a record of 1-4. Marion Center lost 8-3 in their recent league test against Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA)
