New York High School Basketball - Charter School for Applied Tech nips Kenmore West
January 9, 2018: Buffalo, NY 14223 Charter School for Applied Tech Eagles (Buffalo, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY), 46-44 in a league bout.
With the victory, Charter School for Applied Tech upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY) to play the Lumberjacks in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier bout on Friday, January 12. The Lumberjacks come into the bout with a record of 8-3. North Tonawanda won 64-31 in their recent league bout against Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Grand Island Vikings (Grand Island, NY) in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier bout, on Friday, January 12. Kenmore West will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 80-47 non-league loss to West Seneca West (West Seneca, NY).
