New York High School Football - New Dorp topples Port Richmond
September 29, 2018: Staten Island, NY 10302 The New Dorp Central Cougars (Staten Island, NY) football defeated the host Port Richmond Raiders (Staten Island, NY), 22-7 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Central Cougars face the Flushing Red Devils (Flushing, NY) in a PSAL City bout, on Sunday, October 7. New Dorp will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 51-0 league loss to Lehman (Bronx, NY).
The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Brooklyn Tech (Brooklyn, NY). The Engineers enter the PSAL City bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Brooklyn Tech lost by Fort Hamilton (Brooklyn, NY), 46-6, in a league bout.
