High School Ice Hockey - Belmont Hill knocks off Varsity Opponent
December 28, 2024: , In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Belmont Hill Sextants ice hockey team scored a close 6-0 victory over the Varsity Opponent .
The Sextants (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT). The Bruins go into the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Brunswick School edged Northwood (Lake Placid, NY), 4-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the play the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Varsity Opponent will attempt to better on its 37-67 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH).
