In Friday's non-league game, the McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) football team knocked off the visiting Browne Bruins (Phoenix, AZ), by a score of 32-14.

The Chargers (2-1) will now prepare for their game against South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Jaguars come into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, South Mountain was knocked off by Ironwood (Glendale, AZ), 15-12, in a non-league game.

The Bruins now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Casteel for a non-league game on Friday, September 15. Browne will battle a Colts team coming off a 49-9 non-league loss to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA). The Colts record now stands at 2-1.
