Rhett Cardwell has been named player of the year. "Rhett did it all for the Falcons in 2015. Accumulated over 800 total yards and 7 TDs as a receiver and kick returner. The only full time two-way starter for the Falcons also contributed with 47 tackles, 6 pass break ups and a fumble recovery. After starting at FS the previous 2 years, Cardwell added the duties of full time receiver after several key injuries. Cardwell's largest contribution can not be recorded in stats. The 3-year letterman and 2-year captain was the undisputed leader of the Falcon football team. His positive attitude, high character, and outgoing personality helped create an indomitable environment in the locker room. "
