Garret Lahue has been named player of the year. "11.5ppg, 5.1rpg, 3.0apg, 2.4spg As a Senior, I asked Garret to play a different style of game than what he had previously played in other seasons. Even though that meant his scoring average might not be as high as he would have liked, he accepted the role I asked of him for the greater good of the team. He never publicly questioned or complained about his role on the team and what was being asked of him. His overall season stats clearly show he accepted his role and attempted to impact the team in the best way possible to make us the most successful. That is the true measure of an MVP and he rightfully deserves the Player of the Year honors for the 2018-19 Season."
