Eric Williamson has been named player of the year. "He completed 126 of 166 attempts for 1,901 yards and 22 touchdowns against just three interceptions. He also proved adept with his feet, rushing for 501 yards and six touchdowns. The completion rate — 76 percent — is more than just excellent. It’s historic. It ranks second for a season in state history, according to the records available on IHSA.org. "
