Sarita Jo Condie has been named player of the year. "Jo played in four state championship games. She led her teams to wins in the last three. She has been the MVP of her league every year that she has played basketball. She set new records for scoring in a single state tournament and I believe may have the career scoring record for state tournaments as she played in all four. She literally brought a sense of pride and leadership to a school that had never won a state title in any girls sport. She has worked harder than any athlete I have ever seen and deserves every accolade that she gets! We all wish her the best of luck as gets prepared for her next journey with her new team at the Naval Academy. I am forever grateful for all she has done for our basketball program and can't wait to see her continue to grow as a player but more importantly as a young lady! "
