Carter Kokeok has been named player of the year. "Carter Kokeok most exemplifies the player of the year award for our team. Here are the reasons why: 1)Leading Scorer (He averages about 30 points a game.) He is an all-around scorer. That includes fast breaks, dribble drive, post, offensive rebounding, moving off the ball, and mid-range scoring. 2)Elite Defensive Player (He always guards one of the top players on the opposing teams. When he gaurds them, he has held the majority of them to a lower scoring output than their average.) 3)Elite Rebounder (He averages over 10 rebounds a game.) 4)Leadership (He is also a strong leader on our team. He has a great work ethic and is a strong student. Along with his work ethic, he shows up on time to practice every day. He has provided a lot of mentoring and guidance to his teammates on our team.) 5)Basketball IQ (He has very high basketball intelligence. He is like a 2nd coach on the court for me. He often makes adjustments and decisions that help the team to succeed on the court.)"
