Ryley Nolin has been named player of the year. "Ryley returned this season after suffering a torn ACL last January. With this being her senior season, she really worked hard to come back ready to play. As returning state champions, she wanted to be a big contributor since she wasn't able to be on the court during our championship run. She not only was ready to play, but played at a high level. We went 22-5 this year, and Ryley averaged 15.1 points per game. She was named to the All Metro tournament team in December as we played in our 3rd metro championship game in 3 years. She scored the last 7 points in our district final game, and completed a traditional 3 point play to put us ahead for the first time in the game with 32 seconds left. Ryley has definitely performed at the level of of a player of the year, and portrayed the leadership characteristics of a player of the year. "
