Bianca Boling has been named player of the year. "Bianca was unanimously voted as the team's Most Valuable Player by her teammates for the third consecutive year. Bianca (affectionately known as "B") had an outstanding year with impressive statistics that resulted in another First Team Division 1 selection by AIA Coaches. B hit for an impressive .550 batting average (6th in Division 1); led all Division 1 players with a 1.250 slugging %; 2nd in Division 1 for on-base % at .671; and 3rd in Division 1 with 10 home runs. B also finished the season with a 10-10 pitching record amassing 126 strike outs in 118 innings pitched. She concludes her 4-year starter at North Canyon with a lifetime .472 BA; 25 home runs; .910 slugging %; .540 on-base %; 29 pitching wins and 417 strike outs! Bianca was voted Division 1, Section 1 Player of the Year by the AIA Coaches for her outstanding achievements. Congratulations on this special recognition!"
