South Dakota High School Football - Philip victorious over Kadoka
August 29, 2008: Kadoka, SD 57543 In Friday's league match, the visiting Philip Scotties football squad scored a good 28-20 victory over the Kadoka Kougars.
In their next game, the Scotties clash with the Jones County/Midland Coyotes (Murdo, SD) in a Great Western (9 Man) match, on Friday, September 5. Philip will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Coyotes enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 36-6 non-league loss to Faith (Faith, SD).
The Kougars (0-1) will now prepare for their match against New Underwood (New Underwood, SD). The Tigers enter the Great Western (9 Man) match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, New Underwood thwarted Newell (Newell, SD), 16-6, in a non-league test.
