New York High School Football - Liverpool overwhelms Proctor
October 3, 2008: Liverpool, NY 13090 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Liverpool Warriors (Liverpool, NY) and the visiting Proctor Raiders (Utica, NY), observed Liverpool's football squad bounce Proctor by a count of 56-18.
The Warriors now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cicero-North Syracuse for a Section 3 Class AA 1 contest on Friday, October 10. Liverpool will play a Northstars squad coming off a 25-0 league loss to Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, NY). The Northstars record now stands at 4-1.
Coming up next, the Raiders play the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets (Manlius, NY) in a Section 3 Class AA 1 contest, on Friday, October 10. Proctor will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 47-37 league win over West Genesee (Camillus, NY).
