September 1, 2006: Daingerfield, TX 75638 Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Daingerfield Tigers (Daingerfield, TX), 40-21 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilmer for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Tatum will clash with a Buckeyes squad coming off a 56-14 non-league win over Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV). The Buckeyes record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Daingerfield moves to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Spring Hill (Longview, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8.
