California High School Football - El Diamante smashes Central
September 26, 2008: Fresno, CA 93722 The El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) football routed the host Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA), 48-13 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Miners face the Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA) in a West Yosemite bout, on Friday, October 3. El Diamante will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 60-30 non-league loss to Tulare Union (Tulare, CA).
The Grizzlies (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Sunnyside (Fresno, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Sunnyside was crushed by Washington Union (Fresno, CA), 45-21, in a non-league bout.
