The Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD) varsity basketball team lost Monday's neutral non-conference game against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD) by a score of 39-25.
The Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Mobridge-Pollock Tigers to 25 in the Battlers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Battlers now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eureka/Bowdle for a B Region 2 contest on Thursday, January 25. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] will meet a Patriots team coming off a 57-23 non-league loss to South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] (Wishek, ND). The Patriots record now stands at 2-10.
The Tigers (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD). The Cubs enter the A Region 6 contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Chamberlain was defeated by Madison (Madison, SD), 64-45, in a non-league contest.
